Simpli-city

Have you ever heard of Yoko Ono? of course ? You might know her as the nerdy, really annoying girlfriend of John Lennon or you might know the song "Be my Yoko Ono" ;). Yoko Ono is more than this image, she is one of the fluxus artist, an art movement which encourages DIY. And if you google pics of her, you might notice her very straight and simple style, but in the same time, it is hers, recognizable and extravagant!
Inspired by her, and after enough of glitter for new year's eve, I think january is the right time for a bit more simple fashion, which is still yours. Here, I present you a very simple scarf which I made. You need a piece of jersey fabric, length and width as much as you think a shawl looks good on you. Fold the fabric in the mid of the short side, sew on the inner side on all 3 edges and leave a small (3-5 cm) hole in one of the short edges. Pull the whole scarf through the hole and close the hole by hand. Enjoy!
